MLINO Terms of Service

By using MLINO (app.mlino.site, the customer app and the business panel) you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use MLINO. What we do with your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

1. What MLINO is

MLINO brings neighbourhood businesses and their customers together: a map, search, a live storefront, chat with businesses, meetups and challenges, and stay requests. This is a demo version; the businesses, products and offers you see are fictional and may change or disappear without notice.

2. Your account

• You do not need an account to look around. To chat, rate, join meetups or request a stay, you sign in with a mobile number or a Google account.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account. Do not share your verification code.
• You can delete your account from the app at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• Illegal activity, harassment, spam, impersonation, and writing other people’s personal information are not allowed.
• Trying to break into the system, overloading it, or bulk-copying data automatically without permission is not allowed.
• Anything you post (text, photos, ratings) must be yours or you must have permission to share it.

4. Businesses and hosts

Names, prices, discounts, opening hours and descriptions are written by the businesses themselves and are their responsibility; MLINO does not guarantee them. In this version, payments are not made through MLINO. A stay or meetup request is only a request and creates no obligation until the host or organiser accepts it. MLINO is not a party to any agreement between you and a business or host.

5. Meeting people and safety

In meetups and challenges you may meet people you do not know. Take care, prefer public places, and do not take part if something worries you.

6. No warranty and limited liability

MLINO is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that businesses’ information (such as opening hours or availability) is correct. Marker positions in the live storefront are approximate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using MLINO.

7. Suspension and ending

We may restrict or remove an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using MLINO at any time.

8. Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date above changes and continuing to use MLINO means you accept the new version. Questions: mlino.site/contact.
